1993357 - Translate a changed field description in Web Dynpro Application

Symptom

Changed the field description "Accounting Number" into "Personnel Number" in a Web Dynpro. (Via SE80 -> Package GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST -> Web Dynpro Application GRAC_OIF_REQUEST_SUBMISSION -> Tab "User details").  In displaying the Web Dynpro in German or English the field continues to display in English.
