1994062 - Files in FIM upload directory are deleted - FIM

Symptom

Custom FIM jobs were developed which which make a BAPI call to a SAP ERP system. There is a pre-programmed FIM batch job which cleans the old data from the defined FIM Uploads folder. Setting the 'Outdated data clean frequency' setting to a value of "0" in the FIM Administration Console deletes these old files after each server or FIM service restart. This is causing an issue because the FIM jobs are always failing if the files don't exist.

Is there a way to prevent FIM from deleting these old files?
