1994132 - CRM IC: IC specific UI elements like scratch pad are missing when using custom skin

Symptom

  • When logged into the SAP CRM IC Web client the "scratchpad" and "saved search" icons are replaced with a red "X". 
  • You see an empty broadcast area.
  • There is no link to open the agent dashboard, the date if strangle formated.
  • The header is black.
