Symptom
- Viewing Web Intelligence Reports from the BI Launch Pad
- It takes 4 minutes to eventually show the Webi report
- No errors in the browser, but it takes the same amount of time for the report to be displayed
End to end trace
- An end to end trace shows 20 second delays
