You can post Goods Receipt and Goods Issue for quantity with 3 decimal places in transaction code MIGO. But when executing confirmation in transaction code CO11N or COR6N, if you enter quantity with 3 decimal places in Goods Movement screen, error RU303 "Only 0 decimal places are permitted for unit of measure &1" occurs.
