1994425 - Save relative path for target model reference when saving model - SAP PD

• Clicking on a target model shortcut cause error: "Cannot find a valid model at location <model_path>. Do you want to browse to find the model?"
• Save a shortcut in the repository is saved with the full path of the model it points to.
• Feature Request that PowerDesigner should save the shortcut (target model) with the relative path since other users who will check out the project might not use the same base path. Save a model in a project, the path should be %[PRJ_ROOT_DIR]% and the user don't have to define any path.
