1995450 - How to change message server http port in step "Enter System Parameters" of Managed System Configuration

Symptom

As of Solution Manager 7.1 SP10. the field for message server http port is hidden by default. Therefore the following error might appear while testing logon in step "Enter System Parameter" or in further configuration steps.

Please check the value of HTTP Message Server port (Default: 81+SCS Instance Number) entered in step 'Enter System Parameters';
nested exception is: java.io.IOException: Can't get Socket. Reason:Connection refused
(cause=java.io.IOException Can't get Socket. Reason:Connection refused)

If HTTPS message server port in used, then the error could be as below,

Exception while trying to get InitialContext. (Cause: while trying to invoke the method java.lang.String.indexOf(java.lang.String) of a null object loaded from local variable 'line')

then go to solution manager Java NWA and check the default trace, the following error can be seen,

Failed to query http message server at http://<FQDN of the managed system>:<HTTPS message server port>/msgserver/text/logon through the agent running at <agent server name>/<SID>/<Instance number> (agent server name)

[EXCEPTION]
java.rmi.RemoteException: Error to perform http request cause by java.net.SocketException: Socket output stream shutdown by peer..; nested exception is:
 java.net.SocketException: Socket output stream shutdown by peer.
