You have an Urgent / Normal change document with one transport request released TR1 that modifies object OBJ1.
This Urgent / Normal change has status "In development", and a new transport request TR2 is created. This second transport request also changes the same object OBJ1. When the developer saves the change of object OB1 into TR2 there was no CSOL warning popup.
In the Urgent / Normal change document in "Transport Management" assignment Block there is an icon in "CSOL" column.
