1995993 - DTE is unable to complete script execution process after upgrading to a newer Support Pack and changing the database collation

Symptom

  • Before upgrading to a higher support pack, your team decides to change the Database Collation.
  • You have upgraded to a newer  Support Pack; but since the upgrade, all DTE (Data Transformation Execution) is failing with the following errors:
    • Message: Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'CountOfExceptions', table 'XXX_VWU.dbo.DTEReport'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
    • Message: Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'CreationTime', table 'XXX_VWU.dbo.DimAgent'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
