1996118 - Left outer Join deleted - SAP Data Services 4.1

Symptom

After migrating from 4.0 to 4.1 joins get's deleted every time the job is re-opened.
If you correct the join and save the job, it works fine.
After closing and reopening in designer, the join get's deleted again.
