1996238 - No Data in a Cell Defined with Exception Aggregation in a BW Query

Symptom

  • You define a formula/Calculated Key Figure with Exception Aggregation (for example SUM) refer to characteristic A in a BW Query
  • The formula/Calculated Key Figure uses '/' operator
  • You have defined "Division by zero" shown as blank in Transaction RSCUSTV4
  • The formula gets a blank result.
  • If you drill down characteristic A, you will see there are valid data for this formula. Only the result line is blank
