1996780 - Some links do not work without compatibility mode in IE9 and higher

Symptom

You use IE9 or a higher version of Internet Explorer. There are problems with navigating in the portal, for example:

  • logout link in the masthead doesn't work
  • links of the content area do not work


    Please note: Since January 2016 Microsoft has stopped its support for any Internet Explorer (IE) lower than IE11.

    SAP can't support a browser that isn't being supported by its manufacturer, as a result SAP doesn't support older IE either.
