1996876 - Reassignment Text log of Change Document not updated immediately

After completing one project cycle and creating a new one, the change documents of the old project cycle should be assigned to the new one.

However, this reassignment log cannot be found in the Text Log Assignment Block of the change documents. Log is not updated immediately.

After setting the change document in edit mode and back to display mode, this reassignment log can be seen in the Text Assignment Block.
