Symptom
- After a server restart, some PI applications do not start correctly.
- The applications affected may include com.sap.xi.repository, com.sap.xi.directory or com.sap.aii.af.cpa.app.
- The following errors can be seen in the defaultTrace file:
[ERROR CODE DPL.DS.5029] Exception in operation [startApp] with
application [sap.com/com.sap.xi.repository].
