  • An error is received when viewing any Crystal Reports from BI Platform
  • Error: 'The viewer could not process an event. An error occurred while creating a subprocess in the processing server. [RCIRAS0603] Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]' 
  • Crystal2013ProcessingServer log shows error: Unable to get the SSO drivers from the report config interface
