1998319 - Automatic Rollup for Transactional Cubes with Process Chains

Symptom

Requests are not rolled up automatically after they have been closed. The issue occurs despite even though the following points have been checked:

  • Automatic rollup process for a transactional cube is active.
  • Parameter 'RSPLS_UPDATE_TASK_OFF' got inserted with value 'X' into table RSADMIN as described in SAP Note 1754572.
  • The suggestions provided in KBA 1894299 have been followed.
