Symptom

A. The scope of this KBA is to show, how the DDIC user can be substituted with other user to import of Support Packages and transports. The end result is to reduce the vulnerability of the system.

B.
Symptom 1: You get  "You do not have authorization for the database modification" during SPAM update or at Support Package Import.

Symptom 2: Transport jobs (e.g., RDDMASGL) terminate with Runtime Error "DATASET_REOPEN" during SPAM update, Support Package Import or ad-on installation via SAINT.
