1998495 - Request missing when loading data from source Cube to a further InfoProvider

Symptom

You want to update a data target from an InfoCube using a BW 3.X datamart scenario or 7.X DTP processes. After the request has finished you either miss the data of one request from the source cube or, in case the DTP had to fetch only one request, the monitor shows "No data available".
