Symptom

  • When UWL services are restarted, then the below error message is seen:
    ERROR: Error in the listener class com.sap.ip.portal.admin.portalanywhere.QueryHandler during the process of handleTopic

  • The below exception can be seen in the default trace files:
    Error getting UWL Admin handle {0}#1#javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Name not found: UniversalWorklistService [Root exception is com.sapportals.portal.prt.service.ServiceException: Service not found: UniversalWorklistService
