1998983 - Error reading data of InfoProvider - BWA

Symptom

When run query and drilldown in the rows with a free characteristic, you get a similar error message under SAP BW Accelerator (BWA) usage as below:

Error reading the data of InfoProvider /EDC/ABC1234$X
Error An exception with the type CX_XSLT_DESERIALIZATION_ERROR occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING
Error Error during deserialization
Error When converting the value 0.000 the values after the decimal place were lost
Error Errors occurred during parallel processing of query 46, RC: 3
Error Error while reading data; navigation is possible
