1999585 - Error: Copy not Allowed; Source System ABC has add ons, but Target System XYZ not

You are trying to perform a copy solution profile between tenants, however the following error message appears:

Copy not allowed; source system ABC has add ons, but target system XYZ not (where ABC and XYZ represent the tenant IDs)

1. Go to Service Control Center work center.
2. Enter the Systems view.
3. Select the Source System for the solution profile copy.
4. Click on the Copy Solution Profile button.
5. Select the Profile ID and Target System for the solution profile copy.
6. Click on the OK button.

The reason is that the add-on composition of the two tenants are not the same, which is a requisite for the copy solution profile process.

This can be verified in the "Service Control Center" work center, inside the "Systems" view, by selecting the tenant and clicking in "view" button. Then you can compare the partner solutions maintained for both the tenants in the "Partner Solutions in System" session.

Steps to check it:

1. Go to the Service Control Center work center.
2. Then go to the Overview view.
3. Click Active Systems.
4. Highlighted the required Tenant URL/ID.
5. Click View.
6. Check the PDI details in the section Partner Solutions in System.

Please contact the partner responsible for the concerned add-ons and ensure that both tenants have the same setup of add-ons.
