The title line is not displayed in a separate line for Germany and Austria after SAP notes 1891831 and/or 1865139 were implemented in the system.

Example for wrong formatting after the code correction of the above mentioned SAP notes are present in the system:

Although the correct formatting should be:

SAP notes 1891831 and/or 1865139 are implemented in the system via SNOTE or Support Package level.
