1999752 - "Partner XXXX may not be used in partner function Reported by" error during Incident creation in Solution Manager

While trying to create an Incident from CRM WEB UI, it gives the following error message:
"Partner XXXX may not be used in partner function Reported by" (COM_PARTNER 142)

Diagnosis

It was defined in the master data in the function exclusion list for partner xxxx that he may not use partner function Reported by.

Procedure

Assign partner function Reported by with another partner or maintain the exclusion list in the master data for partner XXXX.

BP XXXX has relationship "Contact person" with Organizaton BP XXX."

SAP Solution Manager 7.1 and above

SOLMAN, ChaRM, ITSM, It was defined in the master data in the fucntion exclusion list for partner <> that may not use partner function Reported By , KBA , SV-SMG-SUP , Service Desk / Incident Management , Problem
