Symptom

  • You execute the liveCache consistency check, transaction /SAPAPO/OM17, for Setup Matrices and in the results you see inconsistencies "Entry only in liveCache".
  • You use the option to correct the inconsistencies, however they are not fixed and appear again whenever the consistency check is executed.
