2001418 - How to switch to compatibility view for IE9 and higher to correct browser display issues

Symptom

  • Menu items are out of place
  • Images are not showing up
  • Text boxes are jumbled together
  • Items on the screen aren’t where they should be
  • I cannot expand or close sections in the OSS Incident
  • The link to my incident in the email I received does not work
  • Getting an error that I don’t have authorizations but I am the Super Administrator
