2001589 - "Activate BW content for RCA" fails with error in InfoObject 0SMD_NOEX in Solution Manager Solman_Setup

Symptom

When Running BI Content Activation step "Activate BW content for RCA" in SOLMAN_SETUP the following error occurs.

ERROR: errors while content activation occured

ERROR:InfoObject 0SMD_NOEX (or ref.) used in InfoProvider with datamanagmnt.-> Error:

ERROR:InfoObject 0SMD_NOEX: Data Type was changed from FLTP to INT4

ERROR:InfoObject 0SMD_NOEX being used in InfoCube 0SMD_SM1A (contains data)

STEP ACTIVATE_QUERIES end (Error occurred, check the logs

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
