2001673 - User running Hybrid Web Container 2.2.2 an intermittently failing with error "Unable to start client engine" - SUP/SMP

Symptom

User running customized Hybrid Web Container 2.2.2 with Hybrid Web Applications built from Mobile SDK 2.2.2 on iOS 7.x.  After running the container for a while, Hybrid Web Container is failing with an error "Unable to start client engine".  After this error, Hybrid Web Container no longer functions until user un-installs and reinstalls the Hybrid Web Container.
