SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When the PowerBuilder application saves Data Window as XLSX format using the SaveAs function, Microsoft Excel cannot open the generated XLSX file.
Excel raised following error.
"Excel found unreadable content in 'xxx.xlsx'. Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes."
This problem occurs, when the ASCII control code(except for TAB, LF and CR.) is contained in a string data of Data Window.
