2002224 - Developer field is populated but is getting changed to the current processor - Solution Manager

Symptom

  • Current processor of the document is placed in the developer field when status of document is changed to In Development
  • Error "Too many Developer entered; remove an entry" encountered upon saving the change document.
  • Error "Too many Tester entered; remove an entry" encountered upon saving the change document
