2002234 - Error MEPO031 when changing a purchase order

Symptom

  • Purchase order items have confirmation key.
  • Only a few items have inbound delivery and goods receipt.
  • You change the purchase order through SRM, BAPI_PO_CHANGE, or any other tool which calls the BAPI.
  • Error MEPO 031 'Confirmation control key cannot now be changed' is displayed for ALL items.
