2002273 - Microsoft Office 12.0 Access Database Engine OLEDB Provider not available in Crystal Reports

• OLE DB Provider missing.
• Microsoft Access OLEDB Provider not listed.
• Microsoft Office 12.0 Access Database Engine OLEDB Provider is not available in the list of OLE DB Providers, in Database Expert while creating new connection in Crystal Reports.

• SAP Crystal Reports 2008
• SAP Crystal Reports 2011
• SAP Crystal Reports 2013
• SAP Crystal Reports 2016

1. Start Crystal Reports
2. Create a New Report.
3. Select OLE DB option in the Database Expert
4. In the list of available Providers, MS Access is not listed.

• The Microsoft Office 12.0 Access Database Engine OLEDB Provider is not installed on the machine and it does not come with Crystal Reports or the SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform.
• The OLEDB Provider is supplied by the datasource vendor.

• To install the OLE DB provider for the Microsoft Office 12.0 Access Database Engine, download and install the components of the MS Office:
  
     - 2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components or
     - Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable
