2002839 - CCDB: Config Store IGS_LEVEL is shown as 'Not Relevant'

Symptom

After the update to Solman 7.10 SP10, the Config Store IGS_LEVEL is shown as 'Not Relevant' in CCDB for the managed systems. Moreover, the Main State is 'Store Template does not exist'. The following picture describes the issue:
