Symptom

  • Failed to import/export files in BI client tools such as Universe Designer or Webi Rich Client
  • When import a Webi report in Webi Rich Client, error "The document cannot be retrieved from the File Repository Server. (WIS 30951)" shows
  • When import a Universe in Universe Design Tool, error "File Repository Server Input is down" shows
