Symptom
- You are having separate workflow for New Account and Change Account and you do not want to have a 'New Account' Request type for Already existing user and 'Change Request' type for a New User. You want to restrict this type of request submission.
- When submitting a request for new users with role in the request and provisioning action is "Assign", user is not being created and audit log shows "<User ID> does not exist in target system <Connector ID>". But when System is added to the request with provisioning action "Create User", it works fine and does not give the error.
