2003113 - How to Distinguish Between Prospects And Customers In Reports

Go to the Customers work center

Go to the Accounts view and open any account

In an Account master data record the Prospect Indicator checkbox can be found in the panel on the left hand side (by default above the address field).

The characteristic Role corresponds to the Prospect tickbox and can be found in the standard data sources Account Details (BPCSDB) and Account Master Data (CODCUSTOMER).

The Role field is also contained in standard report Account Details (BUPCSD_Q0001).
