2003183 - BAdi: BBP_EXTREQ_OUT is not called during PR transfer from ECC to SRM

Symptom

You have done all settings/entries to transfer a Purchase Requisition (PR) from your ECC system to a SRM system.

You would like to use a Badi before SRM is called but the BAdi BBP_EXTREQ_OUT in ECC is not called.

The SOA Transfer is used  and not the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER to create SCs in SRM.
