2003362 - "Total Score" in a Scoring Model isn´t displayed for a customer field

Symptom

The total score is not displayed/calculated in the field where the scoring model is assigned - although all "Questionnaires" which are used for the calculation are answered. The scoring model is assigned to a customer-field (Z-field).
