2003498 - Variation of synchronization performance from mobile devices during Data Change Notification processing - SMP/SUP

Symptom

User has a simple Sybase Unwired Platform 2.2.5 cluster and runs Data Change Notifications from 0600-1200 daily.  Normally mobile device synchronization takes a few seconds, but during the timeframe from 0600-1200 mobile device synchronization varies from a few seconds to several minutes.
