2003628 - Creating Adaptive Processing Server (APS) in BI 4.1 Support Pack 03 fails with error: "The service container connected to the server ID XXXX does not support the service ID XXXX. (FWM 02059)"

Creating a new Adaptive Processing Server with all default services in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.1 SP3 fails with an error during Server creation:

• "The service container connected to the server ID XXXX does not support the service ID XXXX. (FWM 02059)”.

• Removing the Adaptive Connectivity Service from the selected Services allows the Server to be created.
• Existing Adaptive Processing server is running with error due to Adaptive Connectivity Service.

• Issue has been validated to occur in a Full installation of Sp03 or full installation of sp04, as well as Patch upgrades to SP03 and SP04 from an earlier version.
