2004334 - Indicators "ML act." and "Price Determ." are blank even though Material Ledger is activated

Symptom

Material Ledger is activated for the relevant Valuation area. Check the Material Master Data via Transaction code: MM03, input Material Number and Valuation area, Go to the "Accounting Tab" and the indicators "ML act." and "Price Determ." are blank.
