Symptom

  • RTI Number of hours worked is showing as 'E' (Others) or 'A' (Up to 15.99 hrs) for one employee although both are made leaver on same date.
  • FPS Report is showing incorrect Number of hours worked.
  • FPS Report is not taking Number of hours worked from Infotype 0007 (Planned working hours).
