2004910 - Unable to Select Relationship Type Has the Freight Forwarder for Accounts

You are unable to assign the Relationship Type Has the Freight Forwarder for Accounts. When you select this Relationship Type, the Business Partner value help has no values.

1. Go to Account Management work center.
2. Select Accounts view.
3. Select and Edit an Account.
4. Go to Contacts tab.
5. Select Relationship sub tab.
6. Select Add Row button.
7. For Relationship Type, select Has the Freight Forwarder.
8. When clicking on the Business Partner value help, nothing appears in the value help, it's empty.

The relationship type Has the Freight Forwarder is empty because there is no Freight Forwarders in your system. This can be verified as follows,

1. Go to Business Partner Data work center.
2. Select Supplier view.
3. Select Advanced.
4. Choose the Role as Freight Forwarder and select Go

The result is empty because there is no Freight Forwarders.

If you want to assign a Supplier as a Freight Forwarder, follow the below steps

1. Go to Business Partner Data work center.
2. Select Supplier view.
3. Open a Supplier
4. In General tab, you can tick the check box for Freight Forwarder.
5. Now, you can assign this Freight Forwarder with the relationship type Has the Freight Forwarder for an Account.
