2005509 - sp_monitorconfig reports Reuse_cnt larger than Max_Used for 'permission cache entries' - ASE

• Sometimes  sp_monitorconfig output  for "permission cache entries"  shows Max_Used less than configured value but non-zero Reuse_cnt
• For example, the configured value in the example below is 40:
