2005982 - Change Project not Editable in Production System

A Change Project in inactive in the production system with the message: The project is active only in the test system. Open the test system to continue working on the project.

However, the test system associated with the change project has been decommissioned.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the concerned change project.

Once a manual decommissioning of the test system if performed, it will not be possible to continue with the implementation of the associated project.

The system is behaving as designed.

In case you want the the change project removed from the system, you may create an case and send to SAP requesting the change with your approval. The case should also include your explicit approval.
