2006039 - Native iOS application receives Registration Timeout when connecting over slow networks - SUP/SMP

Symptom

User developed iOS application with MBOs against Sybase Unwired Platform 2.2.5.  When registering a new device to Sybase Unwired Platform through Relay Server on IIS over slow network connections, device registration fails 90% of the time with "addDeviceRegistration failed.  Error: 571" caused by a timeout in registration.
