Symptom

  • A BI Workspace uses a Web Page Module template
  • The Web Page module content is set to an OpenDocument link to an HTML file which has been uploaded to the BI file repository
  • When the BI Workspace is viewed, the HTML file is not displayed; instead, a prompt to download the HTML file appears.
