2006554 - SAP Mobile Platform 2.3 does not start successfully and fails to boot.

• The SMP 2.3 Server does not start at all and will just shut down during the  boot process.
• The MlsrvWrapper_OBServiceManager log in the  OBServiceManager Dir shows:

 Current Environment is SAP Mobile Platform 2.3.3, but this will also apply to SUP 2.2 .
