2006747 - Error - RFC Server is not available - SAP Data Services 4.x

Symptom

Error Message in Management Console

"RFC Server Not Available"

In the log we see

Unable to find servers in CMS <CMS.NAME.FQDN>.com:6400 and cluster @<CMS.NAME.FQDN>:6400 with
kind pjs and service DS.RFCService.
All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)
