2007016 - ABAP dump (MESSAGE_TYPE_UNKNOWN) while posting a Usage Decision in QA11

Symptom

  • A  usage decision (UD) is posted in transaction QA11 but ends in error and cannot be completed.
  • When the UD is posted for an inspection lot (IL), a shortdump is issued.
  • The UD cannot be processed for an inspection lot due to message MESSAGE_TYPE_UNKNOWN in program SAPLQHUG.
