2007334 - No response from AlertServer - BWA

Symptom

  1. You get the following alert in your TREXADMIN summary: 
    "24003; No response from AlertServer or an internal error occurred in the AlertServer"

     
  2. But in TREXADMIN --> SERVICES, you can find that your alert server is running well.

      
  3. In Alert, you can see the warning: Alert server is down.
